WHAT DATA DO WE PROCESS?
- first and last name;
- email address;
- phone number, if you provide it;
- the content of your message and any information you choose to provide, such as company name, location, preferred date, activity, group size, catering preferences and budget;
- technical data needed to operate and secure the website, such as your IP address, browser type and the date and time of a request.
Visitors cannot create a public account, and comments on posts are disabled.
WHAT DO WE USE THIS DATA FOR?
- to answer your question or contact request;
- to contact you by phone or email when you ask us to;
- to prepare or perform a contract;
- to prevent misuse and keep the website secure and available;
- to comply with legal obligations.
For general enquiries and security, we process data on the basis of our legitimate interest in helping you and preventing misuse. For a quotation, booking enquiry or contract, we process the data needed to take steps at your request before entering into a contract or to perform it. We process mandatory administrative records on the basis of a legal obligation. We ask for your consent for statistical cookies. You can withdraw that consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
CONTACT FORM AND EMAIL
You can complete a contact or enquiry form through this website. Submissions are stored through this website and handled by email. We use an email service to send messages. We use this data to handle your question or enquiry, not to send you newsletters or advertising unless you sign up separately. Required fields are marked in the form. Without sufficient contact details and information about your enquiry, we may be unable to handle your request. Do not include sensitive personal data or medical details in a free-text field.
HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?
We do not keep personal data for longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Contact requests are kept for a maximum of one year if no contract is entered into. Data forming part of a contract or administrative records may be kept longer where a statutory retention period requires this. Technical and email logs are deleted periodically once they are no longer needed for security or troubleshooting.
SHARING WITH OTHERS
We do not sell your personal data. Data is only shared with parties needed for the website’s hosting, security, technical management and email handling, or where necessary to perform a contract or comply with a legal obligation. Where required, we make agreements with processors about security and confidentiality. We also use Google for statistics and Cloudflare for spam protection, as explained below. These parties may process data outside the European Economic Area. Please see Google’s information about international data transfers and Cloudflare’s privacy policy for their applicable safeguards, including adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses.
COOKIES AND MEASUREMENT
This website uses necessary cookies and similar technologies for operation and security. A translation tool makes this website available in Dutch and English. We use Google Analytics for visitor statistics. Google may process information about pages visited, interactions, the referring website, and the device and browser used. Non-essential analytics cookies require your consent. You can refuse non-essential cookies and change or withdraw your consent at any time using the ‘Cookie settings’ button. The links to Facebook, Instagram and TikTok are ordinary external links. When you click them, the relevant platform’s own privacy and cookie terms apply.
SPAM PROTECTION WITH CLOUDFLARE TURNSTILE
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to detect automated misuse. Cloudflare processes technical data, such as your IP address and signals from your browser and device. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting our website and forms. You can find more information in Cloudflare’s privacy policy, including the Turnstile addendum.
SECURITY
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent loss, misuse, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised changes. The website uses a secure HTTPS connection. Only authorised people have access to the contact details we receive.
YOUR RIGHTS
Your rights include accessing your personal data, having it corrected or deleted, restricting processing, objecting to processing and, where applicable, transferring your data. Send your request to info@four-entertainment.nl. To prevent misuse, we may ask you to confirm your identity. We normally respond within one month.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
