Live in Haarlem or nearby? Come to the Lichtfabriek by bike. If you are using public transport, IJSTIJD is about a 10 to 15-minute walk from Haarlem station (around 900 metres). Plan your journey in advance and allow extra travel time during busy periods.

Coming by car? We recommend reserving a parking space in advance. You can choose from:

• Interparking Station Haarlem: next to the station, about a 10 to 15-minute walk (around 900 metres).
• Haarlemmerstroom via ParkBee: about a 2 to 3-minute walk.
• De Koepel Haarlem via ParkBee: about an 8 to 10-minute walk. Enter via Papentorenvest.

Limited free parking is available on Minckelersweg and on the site next to Peakz Padel Haarlem, about a 2 to 3-minute walk away. Availability is very limited during office hours on weekdays; there is usually more space in the evenings and at weekends. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The indoor ice rink is in the Lichtfabriek’s Turbinehal. The venue map shows the rink, skate hire and changing area.

We houden toezicht op het maximale aantal schaatsers op de baan. Daarnaast is EHBO aanwezig. Volg de aanwijzingen van medewerkers en houd voldoende ruimte voor andere schaatsers. Ouders kunnen ook meekijken via een widescreen.

Wear gloves on the ice. Skate calmly, give others space and follow the indicated direction and rink rules. Pushing and dangerous behaviour are not allowed. Keep passageways and emergency exits clear.

As a rule, bringing your own food and drinks is not allowed; exceptions may be made for baby food or a medical need. Please leave pets at home. Assistance dogs are welcome.

We schenken geen alcohol aan bezoekers jonger dan 18 jaar. Neem daarom een geldig identiteitsbewijs mee. Drugs, wapens en andere gevaarlijke voorwerpen zijn niet toegestaan.

Use the toilets and rubbish bins provided. Report unsafe situations, damage or nuisance to a member of staff immediately. Do not photograph people against their wishes. The organisers may ask you to leave the venue if you break the venue rules.
